Missions at GCC

At Gap Community Church sending members of our church family into the missions field is at the core of our belief system. God has called us to go out into the nations and make disciples (Matthew 28: 16-20), and we are so blessed to have a congregation who lives out that calling. Below are members of our Church family who are currently out serving in the mission field. Be praying for them as they share God’s word with the masses, and if you feel lead to support any of them call the church offices!

Colby Hall: YWAM

Since being saved in February 2018 God has placed the Middle East on Colby’s heart. After completing a YWAM DTS in Orlando, Florida and doing his outreach in South Africa, Colby returned home and immediately began raising funds to travel to the Middle East with YWAM. He is currently back in Orlando completing two trainings to prepare him for the missions work God has for him in the Middle East!

Bruce & Shelly: Helping to heal haiti

God put Haiti on Bruce and Shelly’s heart shortly after the devastating earthquake in January 2010. In March 2010 they made their first trip, and after seeing the devastation to both the country’s resources and morale, they decided to take action. They have since been to Haiti over 50 times, taking with them dozens of volunteers from GCC and other local Churches. They seek to train and empower the people of Haiti and better their lives physically and spiritually.
